What should I do if a talker says they're in crisis?

Gently let them know that Sweet Listeners isn't a crisis service, and encourage them to call 911 if they're in danger, or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). You can't place that call for them. Then use "Report a problem" in the session so our team knows what happened.
