What happens if a session is missed?

If you don't join within 4 minutes of the start time, the session is cancelled, the talker isn't charged, and you won't be paid for it. If you join a scheduled session and the talker doesn't join within 4 minutes, you're still paid, and you're also paid if the talker cancels within 1 hour of the start. For a Talk Now session, the talker isn't charged if they don't join, so there's no payout.
