Will I be charged if a session is cancelled or missed?

You're not charged if the listener declines, doesn't accept in time, cancels, or doesn't join. You're also not charged for cancelling a scheduled session at least 1 hour ahead, or for a Talk Now session you cancel or don't join. You are charged in full if you cancel a scheduled session within 1 hour of the start or miss it, and the listener is paid.
