When will my card be charged?

When you request a session, we place a temporary hold on your card for the session price. That's not a charge. Your card is charged only after the session is completed, or if you miss a scheduled session or cancel within 1 hour of its start. If the session doesn't happen for a reason that isn't on you, the hold is released, though your bank may take a little while to remove it from your statement.
