My session cut out because of a technical problem. What happens?

If a session cuts out because of a problem on our side, you may see "Report a technical problem" after it ends. If less than half the session had run, you get a free 15-minute makeup session; otherwise you get the remaining minutes back for free. The listener keeps their pay. If you don't see that option, email info@sweetlisteners.com and we'll look into it.
