How do I join my session, and when does my time start?

At your session time, open the booking from your Dashboard or My Bookings and tap Join Session (or Join chat, Join voice call, or Join video call). If you're early, the page tells you when the session opens. Your 15 minutes start only once both you and your listener have joined, so time spent waiting doesn't count.
