How do I cancel a booking?

Open the booking from your Dashboard or My Bookings and choose Cancel. For a scheduled session, cancelling at least 1 hour before the start is free and the hold on your card is released. Cancelling within 1 hour of the start means you're charged in full and the listener is paid. Talk Now sessions can be cancelled free any time before you join.
