Why don't I see Talk Now on a listener's profile?

Talk Now only shows when the listener has turned on Available to Listen and is online. It's also hidden when the listener is already in a conversation, or when they have a booked session starting within the next 25 minutes. You can still choose Book for Later and pick one of their open times.
