How do I report someone?

During a session, tap "Report a problem"; after a session, email info@sweetlisteners.com.

Choose the kind of issue and add a short note if you like. The other person won't see your report. Include the session date and time and the person's screen name when you email. Our team reviews every report and can warn, suspend, or remove accounts. If you're in danger, call 911.
