When do listeners get paid?

As a listener, you get paid after each completed session: Stripe sends your payout to your bank, and it usually arrives within a few business days.

If you're asking "When do I get paid?", "What's the payout timing?", or "How long until I get my money?", here's how it works:

• When the payout starts: as soon as the session is completed. Upcoming or unfinished sessions show as Pending on your Earnings page until then.
• How long it takes: usually a few business days to reach your bank. Weekends and bank holidays can add time. Stripe may email you about each payout.
• How much: $7 per text chat, $14 per voice call, $21 per video call (70% of what the talker pays).
• What you need first: finish Get verified under Account settings > Payment & payouts, or payouts can't be sent.

This is listener payout timing, not talker charges. Talkers aren't charged when they book; we hold the amount and charge their card after the session ends. Listeners are then paid out from that completed session.
