Can I get a refund?

Usually you won't need one: you're only charged for sessions that happen, or for scheduled sessions you cancel within 1 hour or miss. When you book, we only place a hold on your card, and the hold is released whenever you aren't charged.

• Cancel at least 1 hour before a scheduled session: free. The hold is released.
• Cancel within 1 hour of the start: you're charged the full price, and the listener is paid.
• Your listener cancels, declines, or doesn't join: you're not charged.
• You don't join a scheduled session (talker no-show): you're charged the full price.
• Talk Now: you're not charged if you cancel or don't join before the session starts.
• A technical problem on our side cut the session short: use "Report a technical problem" for a free makeup session or your remaining minutes.

Something went wrong? Email info@sweetlisteners.com within 1 business day of the session with your account email, the session date and time, and what happened. Every request is reviewed.
