I got disconnected, or the chat froze. What should I do?

Don't tap End chat. Refresh the page and tap Rejoin. Your session and remaining time stay on the booking, and the other person can wait for you. If a message shows "Not delivered," tap Retry. After both people have joined, the booked time is charged even if someone leaves early, so rejoin rather than ending.
